The are a commercial enterprise (they produce advanced materials for governments, universities and national labs), but the scientific information is unbiased and solely intended to be useful.

- Chemical and Engineering News - This ACS-sponsored site has weekly news and also daily news. If you have to keep abreast of happenings in chemistry, this might even make a good homepage for you!
- Chemistry and Industry - This site updates every week (Monday), listing links to chemistry news stories in a very readable, easy-to-scan manner.
- Chemistry.org - This is an ACS-sponsored site. Weekly and some daily headlines are present. It is less objective/more opinion-oriented, but also presents the news in a very readable fashion.
- Chemistry in the News - This is the American Chemical Society news. It is useful if you are looking for something ACS-specific, but isn't updated frequently.
- ChemSpy.com - ChemSpy gives fast access to the major chemistry iinternet databases, supplying the latest news in the field of chemistry. A forum and a customizable links list are available.
- FindArticles.com - Type in the search keyword (such as chemistry) and literally thousands of articles will be listed.
- Library and Information Centre - This is The Royal Society's comprehensive information source for all aspects of chemistry.
- Reactive Reports - This Chemistry WebMagazine, sponsored by Advanced Chemistry Development, includes links to science articles and ACD/Labs news.
- SCIENCEbase.com - This site has science news, links, and humor. It updates somewhat more frequently than monthly.
- Science in the News - The Royal Society carries articles from science, education, and industry from the major daily newspapers. In addition to selecting a date for news, this site also lists the science television and radio programs for the upcoming week.
